leamouth regeneration framework

Groundwork Hackney is working with various partners that include: Leaside Regeneration Ltd, London borough of Tower Hamlets, London borough of Newham, Urban Space Management and The Trinity Buoy Wharf Trust to prepare a study that will provide a regeneration framework for the Leamouth area.

In order to achieve this framework the study will:

  • consult with local stakeholders, landowners and other interests
  • examine the development options for the Leaside area of Tower Hamlets
  • arrive at a strategy which maximises regeneration benefits in terms of the linkages and the Leaside/Tower Hamlets regeneration proposals
  • identify and cost essential infrastructure and other investment to realise the strateg
