Gibbons Feasibilty Study

The Gibbons building forms a significant terrace adjoining Hackney Central Station lying west of the main bus depot and commencement of Mare Street,  the main shopping street within the area.

The Gibbons feasibility report identified that the buildings are currently in a very poor state of repair. This report contains proposals to address their decline and suggests a variety of different redevelopment options.
